If you've mastered Level II/III reformer flows and are ready to spice it up, this is the class for you!

We use the jumpboard and fast-paced flows to stay in the Cardio Zone for the duration of the class. This higher intensity shakes up your metabolism, burns more calories, and has a high afterburn effect, which means the calories keep burning after you are done exercising. We focus on technique as you transition into this faster pace so you have the stability and endurance to do so correctly. This is an excellent bridge to the Burnout class, or for most normal humans, to just stay here
